These Terms of Service apply to the ROG3 website, products, and services offered by ROG3, operated by B.C.D. Management, Inc. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Website and product information
ROG3 provides slip-resistance maintenance products, commercial guidance, risk-management support, and surface-restoration services. Product and educational information is provided to help customers select and use ROG3 products and services appropriately. Always follow the current product label, Safety Data Sheet, manufacturer guidance, and site-specific safety procedures.
No product or maintenance program can make a surface slip-proof. Cleaning and maintenance do not replace required inspections, repairs, warnings, training, or other safety controls. Results depend on the surface, its condition, application, maintenance, contamination, and use.
Orders, pricing, and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Orders are subject to product availability, payment authorization, and acceptance by ROG3. We may correct pricing or description errors and may refuse or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, payment failure, shipping restrictions, or an obvious error. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the applicable payment will be returned through the original payment method.
Shipping
Shipping times, methods, costs, and current order-processing information are described on our Shipping page. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, weather, address errors, or events outside our control.
Returns
Returns and refunds are governed by our current Refund and Returns Policy, including its eligibility, timing, and shipping-and-handling terms.
Commercial, consulting, and restoration services
Facility inspections, consulting, training, restoration work, and other commercial services may require a separate proposal, scope of work, or written agreement. If a separate written agreement conflicts with these website terms, the separate agreement controls for that service.
Intellectual property
The ROG3 name, branding, website content, product information, documentation, photographs, graphics, and other materials are owned by or licensed to ROG3 or B.C.D. Management, Inc. They may not be copied, republished, sold, or used to imply endorsement without written permission, except for ordinary personal or business use related to evaluating or using ROG3 products and services.
Third-party services and links
This website may use or link to independent payment processors, shipping carriers, platforms, and other third parties. Their services and privacy practices are governed by their own terms and policies.
Disclaimers
The website and its general educational content are provided as available. ROG3 does not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free. General website information is not a substitute for a site-specific engineering, legal, insurance, or safety evaluation, and it does not constitute a professional certification of any surface or facility.
